The Connections 2023 program includes formal and informal activities that aim to connect and strengthen our community. The program fee includes full access to participation, sharing, learning and training through a range of activities and opportunities to strengthen peer support, social skills, self-advocacy, life skills, connections, mentoring, games and social & community participation.

PRICES

AusDoCC is a small NFP, 100% volunteer operated organisation. Our Committee of 11 operates to provide support, resources and events through grants and fundraising. We have tried to keep prices to a minimum and have been able to reduce costs to participants through subsidising all attendance packages using DSS grants and AusDoCC fundraising.

We hope that NDIS self and plan managed participants and their caregivers can reduce their personal costs of coming to Connections 2023 by paying registration using NDIS funds. Please note that accommodation and food are provided during the event and these costs have already been deducted and subsidised by AusDoCC fundraising and ILC grants.

For attendees without NDIS support we have also tried to keep registration costs affordable with some discounts subsidised by our fundraising.

If you have a blue Centrelink pension card in your name we may be able to provide further subsidies. Any adults with a CCD who have a Companion Card will also be able to bring a Companion (free day program attendance with food) if they would otherwise be unable to attend.  Click here to contact us if you are having difficulty with funding or wish to know more about pension and Companion Card arrangements.

The maximum priced Earlybird Package begins at $900/adult and includes the full residential package. You will be eligible to attend all daytime/evening activities and sessions from 2pm Friday until 10am Monday. (Up to 3 nights’ accommodation (from Nov 24 – 27) and all meals are also covered). Prices will reduce from there, depending on age, membership, length of attendance (day or residential) and subsidies.

Earlybird prices will increase after September 1, 2023 and all bookings will close on Nov 10.
