Haley Tancredi is a certified practicing speech pathologist who has worked in education settings since the early 2000s. She is also an early career researcher with expertise in the field of inclusive education. Haley is currently in the final year of her PhD, within the Accessible Assessment ARC Linkage project. She is investigating the impact of a reduction in instructional language complexity and cognitive load on Grade 10 students with language and/or attentional difficulties, based on a pedagogical intervention with English teachers. Haley has published in the areas of inclusive education, professional collaboration between teachers and speech pathologists, and supporting students with language and/or attentional difficulties in inclusive classrooms.
