The focus is on health and wellbeing, which indirectly supports Australians needing significant care, support and assistance. Their welfare is dependent on their carer.

With the NDIS unfolding, we are aware that funds to support carers are being redirected, so it’s time to empower and educate carers on valuable ways to enhance their own health and wellbeing. Let’s motivate each other to feel-good from the inside-out and bring more joy and wellness to the carer experience.
